Why Set Up a Studio Panel PIN?
A Studio Panel PIN adds an extra layer of security to your studio environment by protecting access to sensitive features such as:
Layout mode customization
Communication message replies
Studio panel configuration settings
Setting Up Your Studio Panel PIN
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Log in to your Studiio dashboard
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Access Security Settings
In the left sidebar, locate the YOU section
Click on Security
You'll see the Security page with your Studio Panel Passcode settings at the top
Step 3: Enter Your 4-Digit PIN
Under Studio Panel Passcode, you'll see four empty digit fields
Click on the first field and enter your desired 4-digit PIN
Make sure to choose a PIN you'll remember, as you'll need it each time you access studio panel features
Important: Please remember this PIN for future access. The system will display a message: "Set a 4-digit PIN to access advanced studio panel features. Please remember this PIN for future access."
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Scroll to the bottom-right corner of the page
Click the green Save Changes button
You'll see a confirmation message: "Settings saved!"
Using Your Studio Panel PIN
Once your PIN is configured, you can enter it via the login screen whenever you access a Studio Panel.
Logging into a Studio Panel in Public Mode
Public mode means you can view this studio panel without logging in.
Navigate to any of your configured Studio Panels from the dashboard
Open the Studio Panel menu bu clicking your account logo in the bottom left toolbar
Click "Log In"
When the login screen appears, you'll see two fields:
Email Address
PIN (4 dots indicating your PIN entry)
Enter your email address, and 4-digit PIN
Click the green Sign In button
Note: If you don't have a PIN set up yet, you'll see a message at the bottom of the login screen: "Don't have a PIN set-up yet? Log in to the dashboard and navigate to Settings > Security to set your PIN."
Logging into a Studio Panel in Strict Mode
Strict mode means you can only view the Studio Panel using a login.
Navigate to any of your configured Studio Panels from the dashboard
When the login screen appears, you'll see two fields:
Email Address
PIN (4 dots indicating your PIN entry)
Enter your email address, and 4-digit PIN
Click the green Sign In button
Note: If you don't have a PIN set up yet, you'll see a message at the bottom of the login screen: "Don't have a PIN set-up yet? Log in to the dashboard and navigate to Settings > Security to set your PIN."
Troubleshooting
I Forgot My PIN
If you've forgotten your PIN:
Return to the main dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Security
Enter a new 4-digit PIN in the Studio Panel Passcode section
Click Save Changes
Use your new PIN to log into your Studio Panels
The Login Screen Doesn't Accept My PIN
If you're having trouble logging in:
Ensure you're entering the correct 4-digit PIN
Verify that caps lock is not enabled (though this shouldn't affect numeric entry)
Try resetting your PIN through the Security settings
Clear your browser cache and try again
I See a Warning Banner About Setting a PIN
If you see a red warning banner that says "Studio Panel passcode required - Set it now to log in to your Studio Panels":
Click the red Set Passcode button on the banner, or
Navigate manually to Settings > Security
Follow the steps above to configure your PIN
