Canceling your Studiio subscription

How to fully cancel your account

If you decide Studiio’s not right for you, you can always cancel your subscription.

Before you cancel

We would appreciate the chance to earn your business and help resolve any issues so your team can access Studiio’s full value. Just start a chat, and one of our experts will do everything possible to assist.

Cancel your service

Please Note: Manager permissions (or a permission group with the manage Billing permission enabled) are required to alter any billing in Studiio.

  1. Navigate to the 'Plans & Billing' page in your Studiio dashboard (found via Settings)

  2. Click on the 'Manage Plan' button

  3. Click on the 'Cancel Plan' button

  4. Confirm your cancellation by clicking 'Cancel Plan'

Things to note:

  • You will retain access to Studiio through to the end of your current billing cycle.

  • If you wish to port-out your numbers, please contact our support team to facilitate this free of charge. If you don't port-out your numbers, they will be removed and released back into our pool after account closure.

  • We will archive your account for a maximum of 3 months, after that time it will be deleted (the delay is to ensure phone numbers can be ported-out successfully).

  • If you are a former Broadcast Launch customer, the 'Manage Plan' button will not be visible for your subscription. Please contact us to cancel your subscription.

  • If you are canceling due to price, Studiio offers generous discounts to eligible community radio stations. We may offer retention discounts for standard users from time-to-time.
