Phone Number Redaction

With Studiio's Phone Number Redaction feature, you protect listeners' privacy by redacting the phone number shown to your presenters/staff.

When a listener contacts your station via SMS/MMS, their phone number will be visible to all presenters/staff within Studiio. This feature allows you to protect your listeners personal information by redacting the phone number shown.

You can enable/disable phone number redaction via the Dashboard in SMS/MMS Settings.

When enabled, the phone number's last 3 digits will be redacted when shown to presenters/staff within your Dashboard and Studio Panels.

Phone numbers that are identified against a stored listener will not be redacted.

This feature is not applicable to our API responses.
